Natto is a common Japanese traditional fermented food made from fermented soy bean by natto bacteria (Bacillus subtilis), sticky, not only to retain the nutritional value of soybeans, vitamin K2, improve digestion and absorption of protein and, more importantly fermentation process produces a variety of physiologically active substances, with dissolution of fibrin in vivo regulation of physiological functions and other health effects.
